Employment supports:developed to provide highly customized services to help people with disabilities find and maintain employment. Beyond finding a job, our process develops a relationship with each individual, identifies what they want out of a career, creates a comprehensive career guide, and spends time on the worksite to ensure a smooth transition for both the employee and employer.

Community supports:designed to provide community-oriented and interest-based activities, plus therapeutic skills, to better integrate the people we support into their families and communities. This program enhances each person's social and decision-making skills, connections to the communities in which they live, and a sense of personal responsibility.
