To promote the health of people and improve scientific knowledge of health by providing contribution, grants and support for scientific research into human health, particularly conditions of the brain and spine, to publicly share the results of such scientific research and to otherwise disseminate information to the general public about health, and to do other matters incidential and related thereto.
