The byard and marcia braley scholarship fund provides educational assistance to injured workers, or family members of the injured workers, who have been set back by a workplace injury and are in pursuit of further education.

The safe cycling project (in collaboration with the iowa bicycle coalition) was launched in 2010, with the intention of outfitting children with bicycle helmets to help prevent or reduce injuries and save lives.
