Ag promotion: davis county has been continually active in promoting agriculture. We have been a long-time sponsor of the youth ag challenge at the county fair. Davis county farm bureau sponsors the local pumpkin fest that brings in many individuals for the promotion of agriculture. We support many of the local town celebrations and play an active role when possible. We support the youth by purchasing livestock at fair auctions. We sponsor the sweet corn feed at the county fair where we cook 30 dozen ears of corn and hand them out.

Ag in the classroom: davis county farm bureau has volunteer ag in the classroom coordinators that visit the third-grade classrooms during the school year. We are the title sponsor of the middle school ag day. At this event they have presenters on varies ag topics. A lunch is provided that focuses on farm products that are prepared by local farmers.

The company has various programs that are aimed at providing information to members on current agricultural issues through newsletters, meetings, etc. 690 members were benefitted in this manner during 2024.
