Ag education: the company is a strong supporter of agricultural education. The company has worked very hard at keeping agricultural education in the local schools. The company provides teachers from the local schools with information and material to present to their classes. The company awarded two -$1000 scholarships. The company continues to work with the local ffa chapters to develop agriculture awareness day for 4th and 5th grade students in the school district. New this year, the company sponsored an ag mystery walk and a hands-on activity at the county fair during kid's day to promote agriculture to local students.

Public relations: donations were made to local ffa chapters and the iowa ffa association for the south-central district cde day. Donations were made to local food banks in the county. The company also supports our local county fair by donating funds for 4-h and ffa premium money. We also sponsor and host a 4-h/ffa exhibitors breakfast during our county fair. The company also sponsors a bill riley talent show and bacon buddies show during our county fair.

The company has various programs that are aimed at providing information to members on current agricultural issues through newsletters, meetings, etc. 747 members were benefitted in this manner during 2024.
