Ag promotion: the company promoted agriculture to members and the general public in various ways. The company purchased print and radio advertising throughout the year that promote livestock and row crop production as well as advocating for agriculture to the 20,100 residents of the county. The company hosts an appreciation meal and social gathering in august for all 1,275 members, with 185 attending. The company also promotes agriculture through activities it does and sponsors during the county fair in july, reaching 6,000 attendees.
Agriculture education: scholarships were awarded to 8 eligible high school students totaling $5,750. The company also develops relationships with the 4 ffa chapters in the county reaching an additional 175 high school youth. They educate the chapters about how the company develops policy, communicates with elected officials, conducts meetings, provides networking opportunities with peers and leadership improvement.
The company has various programs that are aimed at providing information to members on current agricultural issues through newsletters, meetings, etc. 1,354 members were benefitted in this manner during 2024.
