The iowa matrix seeks to unlock transformation truth for encouraging, enriching, empowering & equipping woman & children into new dimensions of life. We strive to be a context in the iowa city & surrounding areas where women & their children are holistically healed & strengthened to encounter the intersections of daily living & life's transistions by providing housing, training, counseling & resources. And we pursue awareness & provision of information by providing training opportunities & consultation to faith communities, individuals & organizations about trauma, abuse & related social & spiritual issues.
