Iowa nonprofit summit -the summit convenes nonprofit leaders, advocates, and stakeholders from across the state for a two-day event focused on strengthening iowa's nonprofit sector. A total of 206 attendees, representing 129 organizations and 25 vendors, participated in the summit, engaging in discussions and learning opportunities designed to address key challenges and opportunities within the sector. The summit featured keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and panel discussions covering a broad range of topics, including fundraising strategies, nonprofit leadership development, community engagement, advocacy, and the integration of technology to expand organizational reach. Attendees participated in sessions designed to provide actionable insights, facilitate peer learning, and promote cross-sector collaboration. The event provided valuable opportunities for nonprofit professionals to connect, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions to sector-wide challenges. The engagement and contributions of participants, presenters, and partners were instrumental in the success of the summit. By fostering knowledge-sharing and collaboration, the iowa nonprofit summit supports the continued growth and effectiveness of iowa's nonprofit organizations, equipping them with resources and strategies to enhance their impact in communities across the state.

The iowa nonprofit alliance launched in december 2022 with an active board and seed funding from three funders. Our first year was an amazing success. We met our membership, programmatic, and funding goals. In our first year of offering membership, we had 202 organizational members with 32 business/vendor members. We connected with 940 iowa nonprofit professionals through trainings, events, workshops, communications, and more. We held 32 in-person and virtual workshops and events, including 8 launch events across the state. 45% of ina members attended at least one ina event. The ina minute, our statewide newsletter, reaches nearly 2,500 nonprofit fans, funders, and leaders twice a month.
