Iowa valley rc&d inspires transformative change and leads in the development of farmers and food value chains toward a more collaborative, equitable, and resilient food system across iowa's communities.

Johnson county historic poor farm - this program utilizes 160 acres of farmland in city limits to house several farm programs including a land access program, charitable food production areas, and garden education. More than 30,000 pounds of produce grown and distributed to several hunger relief agencies in johnson county.
