The mission of the iowa youth rugby association is to grow the game of rugby and instill the core values of sport through providing a safe, organized, and positive experience for youth in iowa. And to proivde a pathway for iowans to excel in rugby at a level of their choosing. Our goal is for rugby to be a sanctioned high school sport in iowa.
