Iranian Jewish Women S Organization

The Organization's primary purpose is to promote social and charitable activities designed to promote the welfare of Iranian Jewish Women of Iranian heritage in the Los Angeles, California community. The organization achieves its exempt purpose by offering cultural, religious, educational and community programs as well as providing financial support for other public charities that are exempt from tax pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) or (a)(2). The organization has numerous educational events and publishes literature to promote the heritage and culture and provide support to Jewish women of Iranian descent now living in the Los Angeles area to promote related charitable goals.
