The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is formed are: The purpose of the corporation is exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and herein stated as follows: Iron Phoenix Association is formed to further and promote exclusively charitable purposes especially dealing with suicide prevention and awareness. The business and objective of the corporation is to carry out its purpose to transform lives and communities through the power of education and social welfare. The character and essence of the corporation is the same as the purpose.
