The ironworkers labor management committee of central indiana, inc. (labor management committee) was organized as an area and industry wide labor-management cooperation committee for the purpose of improving labor-management relationships, improving job security, enhancing economic development and improving communication with respect to subjects of mutual interest and concern.

This activity was first undertaken in october 2008, following incorporation, and furthers the exempt purpose of the organization by promoting the ironworker construction industry through education of the public.
