Isaac Newton Foundation Inc

The corporation is incorporated under the pennsylvania nonprofit corporation law of 1988, as amended, for the following purpose or purposes: (a) to be organized and to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes of pennsylvania public charter schools (b) to provide management, administrative and related services to the affiliated organizations; (c) to receive contributions from whatever source; (d) to exercise all rights and powers conferred by the laws of the commonwealth of pennsylvania upon a nonprofit corporation.
