The Booster Club shall cooperate fully with the Principal of RHS and his/her representative, RHS Band Director, and shall abide by the regulations of the Polk County School District. The Booster Club shall raise funds and promote ways and means of providing for the needs of the RHS Band Program, above those supplied by the Polk County School District. The corporation shall seek neither to direct the administrative activities of the band nor control its policies. The Booster Club shall solicit and receive all donations and funds to provide for the general needs of the RHS Band. The Booster Club is not formed with a view to, or for the purpose of pecuniary gain or profit to its membership.
