The specific purpose for which the corporation is initially organized is to spread the gospel of jesus christ to all people through the writing, recording, and performing of christian praise and worship songs; lead congregations in worship; instruct worship leaders; license and ordain ministers of the gospel; provide biblical training specific to worship practices by teaching on music application, instrumental and vocal skills, music style and technique; and to also engage in activities which are necessary, suitable or convenient for the accomplishment of that purpose, or which are incidental thereto or connected therewith which are consistent with section 501(3) of the internal revenue code.
