Jacks Family Fund

The organization provides funds in emergency situations to individuals defined as needy in treas. Reg. 1.179a04a(b)(2)(ii)(d) and who are members of the communities in which jack's family restaurants, lp has operating restaurants, "emergency siutations" to include medical emergencies, accidents, immediate family member death, civil disasters or disturbances, property damage due to natural disasters and acts of nature, and sudden and severe personal or family crisis. The organization provides assistance with large, one-time costs associated with tragedies and disasters for persons who are temporarily not self-sufficient as a result of a sudden and severe personal or family crisis.
