Provide for health and well being of the Jack Russell terriers placed in shelters by offering a temporary home in our refuge, place them in foster homes, help place unwanted JackRussell terriers in suitable homes by finding homes where they will receive a quality of life experience, and place those Jack Russells in our refuge that through no fault of their own are not able to be adopted out.
