In 2023, JHCGA created a new initiative - the Jackson Hole Investment Group (JHIG). With support from the Economic Development Administrations Build to Scale program, the JHIG continued in 2024. The JHIC connects Jackson Hole private investors to the Wyoming energy investment landscape. The JHIG aims to be a key partner that unlocks matching private capital, helping Wyoming communities land new energy projects and create new jobs. The JHIG aims to specifically partner with and benefit energy communities, tribal communities and more. Participants in the group are accredited investors.

Founded in 2008, JHCGA holds platforms including the Global Change Series, the Global Business Roundtable (GBR), the Coal Communities Roundtable, and other customized platforms that connect policy, business and thought leaders with members of the Jackson community,Wyoming state policy leaders and stakeholders, and national thought leaders on topics covering climate change, the energy transition, foreign policy, the investment markets global security and more.
