Jackson leadership foundation is a christ-centered 501(c)(3) dedicated to the spiritual and economic transformation of jackson's under-resourced communities through the empowerment of leaders, development of ministries, and networking of vounteers and donors.

Red door jackson is a ministry initiative of jlf that exists to build relationships, empower through education, and disciple in the way of jesus christ in jackson, mississippi. Red door primarily works with students and families in the fondren neighborhood.
Hope exchange is a ministry initiative of jlf that helps the church engage their members in the biblical call of mercy and justice and reach their neighborhood with practical tools for stewardship so that loving neighbors can serve toward a restored future together.
Jxnworks employs and empowers jacksonians with dignity through the power of work by operating and employing a pathway for unemployed and underemployed adults in central mississippi.
Leader lab offers essential leadership support and capacity-building services tailored for ministry leaders in the jackson metro area.
Ministry accelerator offers the opportunity for ministry leaders to start or house a ministry under jlf's 501c3.
Nehemiah network resources ministries with volunteers and practical donation needs through staff, a unique volunteer clearinghouse plus app, and networking events for leaders and their teams. Leader lab provides leadership support, encouragement, and assistance for ministry leaders, so they can have the support they need to grow as leaders and grow their ministries to the scale of the vision god has given them.
Maggie's mission will assist incarcerated and previously incarcerated women re-entering society with skills and resources to aid them in being productive members of their communities. Working together, the women will serve those around them, gain life skills, and network with the resources of maggie's mission to impact lives with the love of christ.
Partners in the gospel is a ministry initiative of jlf that uses practical and engaging tools like fishing trips and cookouts to build relationships in under-resourced neighborhoods, share the gospel, and model healthy christian community. Partners in the gospel primarily works with youth in the historic farish district in jackson.
Grant me justice serves families of homicide victims in jackson, ms through counseling, advocacy, and awareness.
