The trust will provide eligible employees and retirees from the city of jacksonville, fraternal order of police, jacksonville consolidated lodge 5 -30, and the jacksonville association of firefighters, local 122, iaff with group health insurance benefits. These benefits will also be available to eligible family members and dependents of employees and retirees. Provision of said benefits is the sole purpose of the trust.
