Jacob Matthew Foundation

The foundation purpose is to build a support network around former military personnel to assist with the transition back into civilian life. The purpose is accomplished through mulitiple activities including recreational, psychological and emotional support activities, connections to employment opportunities and various aid for those struggling financially, to help prevent suicides, suicidal ideation, and homelessness upon return from deployment.
