James Ward Ministries is a non-profit religious entity organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, in accord with Sec. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or a corresponding provision of any future United States Internal revenue law, referred to below as the Code), led by its founder James E. Ward Jr.
