The organizations primary exempt purpose is to undertake revenue producing programs for the support of the jay high school athletic program. Also, to promote fan attendence, enthusiasm and interst in the high school athletic program of jay high school. Finally, to promote the opportunity for socialization among fans, team members, and the coaching staff.
