(1) to provide funding and support for certain qualified charitable, religious, educational, and scientific organizations in the united states of america, so long as said organizations are exclusively operated within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code, or the corresponding provision of any subsequent federal tax laws. (2) to provide community outreach through an annual scholarship to a student at either lutheran south high school and/or maryville university. (3) to engage in any and all lawful activities incidental to the foregoing purposes except as restricted herein.
