Jc Cares

Work program - jc works is a work program created to provide employement and personal development for people in need who face significant obsticals to employment. We provide job readiness training, skill development, transportation to and from work, financial coaches for money management, and care coaches for personal support. In 2024, we were able to employee and provide these services for 9 individuals in this program.

Advocacy for the poor - through the use of video, promotional materials, presentations and care coach trainings, churches and individuals are informed of the unique circumstances of those in poverty and approaches to assistance that can produce positive, long-term results. Advocacy for the poor also includes collaboration with other agencies and resource providers to help in complex situations. 12 presentations were given in 2024.

Therapeutic art classes - arts and crafts classes to helo build esteem and provide and outler for emotions.
