The cadre - coaching and mentoring of paid and volunteer youth pastors from across the country. Over 1,000 youth leaders have participated in the program since its beginning in 2005 (approximately 150 per year, broken down into three groups of 50 people each). For each of the groups, the coaching and mentoring time includes two semi-annual gatherings in atlanta, a third yearly gathering hosted just for the wives and female youth pastors, monthly 2-hour conference calls with veteran youth pastors, and email coaching.
