Penn highlands jefferson manor personal care is a forty eight (48) bed personal care facility located adjacent to the skilled nursing facility, providing care to those who need some assistance with daily living. Residents are encouraged to maintain independence, but meals, laundry and housekeeping services are provided. Rooms designed for those with early memory loss are available in a secure unit.

Penn highlands jefferson manor independent living is a five (5) unit facility, designed for independent individuals who no longer want the responsibility of owning a home. Housekeeping and maintenance services are provided. It has a private entrance and parking area. Individuals living here are welcome to participate in activities and other events with the skilled nursing and personal care residents. Combined, we provide a complete continuum of care and a such, we are licensed to be a continuing care retirement community (ccrc) effective february 2009.
