The purpose of the corporation is to support, promote, and preserve the historic downtown of Jefferson, Iowa, while contributing to the greater community's economic vitality and continued viability. Our organization seeks to work together as a community to strengthen, support, and energize Jefferson.

Tower View Team: The organization sponsors local art and local artists thru programs like Ring Out for Art, rooftop art installations, and Sally' Alley art upgrades.
Promotion Commitee/Jefferson Wants You- The organization sponsors promotional adverstising and incentives to draw new and expanding businesses to the Jefferson area.
Facade Mini-Grant Program - The organization participates in the Jefferson Facade improvement program by facilitating and funding a mini-grant application program. The purpose of the program is to assist in downtown building owners to improve the historic exterior appearance of their buildings and attract more visitors to the downtown area.
