The primary exempt purpose is: a. To form a voluntary association of sportsmen to have mutual benefits, protection, and improvement in the fields of hunting and trapping and in sports activities generally. B. To aid in the strict enforcement of game laws; the preservation and protection of wild game, fish and bird life, the propagation and rearing of wild game; the stocking of lakes and streams with fish; and to further aid in everything incidental to the improvement and furtherance of wild life. To construct, purchase or otherwise acquire, maintain, repair and operate club houses, shooting grounds, trap shooting grounds, rifle ranges and any buildings, appliances, and paraphernalia necessary or desirable for the use and enjoyment of said corporation, or the use and enjoyment of its members, guests, lessees, or assignees, and to do everything and transact any business necessary and proper in the interest of said association.
