Jersey Cares Inc

Established in 1993, jersey cares is a nonprofit organization dedicated to volunteerism and civic engagement in new jersey. We engage individuals, families, community groups, and corporations in a broad spectrum of volunteer opportunities that address community-identified needs. Jersey cares partners with nonprofits, public schools, and municipalities to engage volunteers in projects that address issues like food insecurity, support for seniors, improved educational opportunities, and many others. We envision a new jersey where every person is empowered and motivated to effect positive change. Jersey cares is an affiliate of the points of light network, an innovative alliance of volunteer catalysts throughout the world. Since its inception, jersey cares has engaged hundreds of thousands of volunteers to contribute millions of hours of service
