To develop, implement, operate, and market a regional international trade processing system in the jersey and greene county, illinois in order to improve access to international markets, lead efforts with federal, state, and local funding agencies, promote strategic relationships with other trade centers, promote the safe and efficient use of a regional freight transportation system, and increase the economic vitality for the jersey and greene county region as a whole.
