For many served in these programs, these activities are the first step to economic self-sufficiency. These programs served 6,736 individuals this year.

Career and technical education - see description on schedule ocareer and technical education:jevs career and technical education programs provide apprenticeships, externships, and certifications for in-demand industries, including building trades, information technology, health-care careers, and advanced manufacturing among others. We run orleans technical college, which is accredited for building trades and health-care certificate programs. Since 1974, orleans technical college has helped students move toward one common goal: learning new skills to enhance their success in the workforce. These programs served 1,041 individuals this year.

Other programs:c2l-phl is philadelphia's career-connected learning collaboration that helps youth and young adults develop the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to enter the workforce, careers, and community life. Paid summer and year-round work activities are available through c2l-phl. Jevs contracts with organizations across the city to provide paid work activities to philadelphia residents ages 12-24. This program served 8,646 individuals this year.financial management services is jevs self-directed personal attendant services program. It empowers delaware residents with disabilities to self-direct their attendant care at home and in the community. Support includes learning how to recruit a personal care worker, manage payroll, and navigate employee relations without feeling overwhelmed.
