Inspired by our history and values, Jewish Family Service supports the needs of Jewish individuals and families, refugees and immigrants, and our broader community to achieve well-being, health, and stability.
Programs
3 programs
Older Adult Services - The program assists older adults challenged by disability, illness, and/or health issues to maintain dignified, independent lifestyles. Program services include comprehensive in-home assessments, case management, family caregiver support, advocacy, counseling, companion services, and referrals. All of these services are provided free of charge to Holocaust survivors.
Community Stabilization Services and Food Bank - A network of services is provided for those in crisis and financial distress. Program services include case management, subsidy assistance for rent and utilities, year round food bank, and home delivery of food and gift baskets. Services are provided free of charge.
Services include independent living assistance for disabled adults; counseling for families and individuals; counseling and support for clients struggling with addiction; support and outreach programs for individuals in abusive relationships; education and outreach programs for people in need of support, guidance and expertise in order to strengthen relationships and connections to community.
