Guardianship - older adult services - our geriatric care management program,offers elders and their family consultation, information and referral,education, advocacy and case management. Our guardianship programprovides care for the most vulnerable elders in our community.

New american program - our program resettles refugees regardless of race andreligion. The program provides case management, employment services,english as a second language, assistance with applying for citizenshipand advocacy. In addition, we offers educational trainings aboutlocal and national refugee programs and on cultural competency.
