To conduct clincial outcomes research in the field of orthopedics to ultimately improve outcomes of orthopedics surgical procedures, benefiting the community, patients and the entire field of orthopedics, and to conduct activities consistent with such purposes, the nonprofit corporation laws of the state of ohio and section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
