Employmentwe believe that everyone should have the opportunity to join the workforce. The customized employment strategies that provide the foundation for our work enable us to fulfill the promise of "employment for all." these strategies pinpoint the skills and talents that even people with the most significant disabilities can bring to the workforce and provide ways to work with businesses to create jobs that work for both the employee and the employer. Under the auspices of our employment program, we operate several special projects. Established in 2012, job path's consortium for customized employment (cce) brings together 14 organizations that are committed to using customized employment for their job seekers and a network of more than 60 businesses that understand these strategies and use them to hire job seekers from member agencies.

Day supports (community supports/life coaching)job path's community connections program helps people connect to civic, recreational and educational activities in their communities. Designed as an alternative to group oriented day habilitation programs, community connections supports just over 100 people, each of whom has their own schedule of activities based on their particular interests and receives assistance from job path's direct support professional staff.
