Healthcare In 2024, JobForward assisted with and delivered healthcare apprenticeship training programs in Vermont, Arizona, Colorado, California, Illinois, Georgia, Nevada, and Texas. JobForward continued to leverage remote learning to effectively expand the reach of the programs that are offered to participants and to business units. JobForward was also directly engaged with program management, apprentice recruitment and engagement, and education delivery. The hybrid delivery model was expanded in 2024 to allow for further expansion of the program and transition of participant support to the local level. Advanced Manufacturing STAR Programs - The Vermont STAR program is designed to retain those dislocated or underemployed workers by providing them with the opportunity to be educated and mentored for available positions in advanced manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, and business services. In 2024, we developed and implemented seven Advanced Manufacturing STAR Programs. The STAR programs include employer engagement and employment guarantees from employers curriculum development based on employer job requirements recruitment of applicants for the employer development of employer behavioral and technical competency requirements education delivery transition all participants into a registered apprenticeship program with the employer mentor employer partner and staff on apprenticeship model mentor apprentices during the transition to employment and on-the-job learning phase and coordinate with all regional, state and federal partners on behalf of the employer partner. continue in Sch O
