Housing nuisance issues swan works closely with the citys code compliance department and residents on complaints filed. Residents are given a housing resource list for resources for repairing non-compliant issues. Litter clean up our litter cleanup programs include groups of volunteers joining together to clean up a specific area. For more information please contact the swan offices. Beautification project we want to help residents beautify their property. We have donated perennials and they are free to any resident in our area.
