To provide and promote educational programs for young people involved in the game of golf with funds generated for such purposes through charitable means to the extend such activities constitute exempt purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended from time to time; and to provide and promote the enducation and health of veterans wounded in the iraq conflict with funds generated for such purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986.
