Inc., which is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation exempt from Federal taxes under IRC 501(c)(6).San Diego Angels foster's and promotes entrepreneurial activity by providing mentoring, education, guidance and funding to early-stage , high-growth companies in Southern California.
