Colorado Property: As of year-end all three units in this building are rented to the blind or visually impaired. Significant improvements were completed in 2024. Among these improvements were the final replacement of all single-pane windows with dual-pane windows the removal of exterior wood trim eaten by termites and the replacement of it with stucco. The roofing was professionally replaced.
