John W Smith Old Timers Club Inc

The purpose of this organization is to receive and administer funds, to acquire, invest, dispose of and deal with property and interests therein; and to apply gifts, grants, contributions, bequests and devises, and the income and proceeds thereof, to assist those in need with all the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon it by the provisions of the Michigan Nonprofit Corporation Act and by the Articles of Incorporation and the bylaws of this corporation. This corporation will operate exclusively for the purposes set forth in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt Section 501(c)(3) organizations.
