To guide, assist and direct students in furtherance of their education development, to solicit, collect and receive gifts, donations and bequests of money and property, and to invest and manage these assets; and to use the income and principal to aid and assist worthy students who might otherwise be unable to continue with their education by pecuniary grants or loans.
