Joint Labor Management Work Preservation Fund

To provide joint labor-management activities conducted by an area and industry-wide committee designed to improve labor-management relationships, job security, competitiveness, productivity, organizational effectiveness, economic development and specifically to ensure that employers pay their employees the applicable certified wage benefit rates and for such other purposes as may be lawfully sought and achieved by the parties.
