Workforce innovation launch (techtonic, skill circuit, million device drive):2024 marked the launch of jlf's workforce innovation initiatives, including techtonic, the skill circuit model, and the million device drive, providing early hands-on experiences and immediate data to inform inclusive technical training pathways.

Microcredential development & state workforce partnership:jlf advanced the development of wise-aligned microcredentials, accessible instructional design, and supporting materials for future certification and apprenticeship programming. Jlf also initiated activities under a florida vr grant to establish the workforce innovation center model.
