The joseph p. Mettner foundation, inc. Honors the life and public service of joseph p. Mettner by providing scholarships to eligible students enrolled at the university of wisconsin law school. The scholarships will be provided to students who plan to pursue a life of public service. Public service includes, but is not limited to, careers in government services, public policy advocacy or non-profit representation.
