To be a welcoming, attractive and functional space that thousands of wallowa county residents and visitors use each year to view art, listen to music, watch theater and other performances, engage in workshops and classes in the visual and performing arts and learn about and contribute to the history and culture of wallowa county. To be a space that inspires and celebrates both emerging and experienced artists, performers, artisans, scholars, students and educators, that acts as an incubator for new works of art, plays, literature, dance and music.
