Jubilee Home collaborates with justice involved folk to foster belonging, promote healing, and build wellness into our community through quality, low barrier, supportive housing.

In 2024, Jubilee Home provided housing for 19 individuals and engaged in supportive services with over 50 community members beyond residents. Of the 19 residents, 5 lived in permanent supportive housing, and 14 lived in transitional housing. In our transitional living space, 8 individuals came directly from incarceration, while 6 came from rehabilitation facilities or community referrals. We also purchased a property that will become another residence in 2025.
