To provide teaching and principal grants to teacher teams selected from applicants eligible at elementary, middle, and high school levels.
The District Initiative Program recognizes outstanding educators and staff, promotes strong attendance, and supports professional growth. Awards were given to distinguished teachers, paraprofessionals, and students with excellent attendance, and scholarships were provided to paraprofessionals pursuing teaching degrees. These efforts advance the Districts goals for retention, recruitment, and student success.
